Returns

Please check your order on arrival

On the rare occasion an item may break during the delivery process.  Please ensure you check all your goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit and that your order is correct.

Any breakages or other issues must be reported on arrival to info@treelighttoys.com.au

Returns

Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer.  Please check your goods on arrival for any visible faults and report these immediately.

All new items with visible faults must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Replacements (or refunds when a replacement is not available) will only be processed when the goods are checked. Please ensure items are carefully packed for shipment.

Regarding Music Box purchases

We advise all stores to check that Music Boxes on arrival, and are in working order before dispatching to customers.
